We grind the top of the slab with diamond tooling and a HEPA vacuum. This opens the pores so the coating bonds into the concrete instead of sitting on top.
A flexible, moisture-tolerant base coat soaks into the ground concrete and fills small pits. If your slab tests high for moisture, a moisture-blocking primer goes down first.
Vinyl chips are broadcast until the whole floor is covered. They give the color, hide imperfections and add grip.
A UV-stable polyaspartic clear coat seals everything in. It resists hot tires, oil, salt and bleach, and it will not yellow in the sun.
